Search and draft replies with the !! popover
Typing !! in any reply box opens a popover that searches your help center and lets you insert an article link, a short answer from an article, or a full reply drafted by Fern, without leaving the conversation.

!!in the reply box and start typing to search your help center.Press Enter to replace the trigger with a link to the article.
Other keys work from the search results:
Shift+Enter or Tab inserts a short answer written from the article, followed by the link.
Command/Ctrl+Enter opens the article.
Draft a reply with Fern
The last row of the popover, Draft a reply with Fern, reads the conversation on the page and writes a grounded reply into the composer. You can adjust how Fern drafts replies in your response drafting instructions.
Works in any reply box
The popover works the same on every site, including reply boxes inside iframes and web-component editors. It replaces the extension's earlier per-helpdesk composer integrations: there are no separate integrations for individual helpdesks anymore.
If nothing happens when you type !!, Fern may be switched off for that site. Turn it back on from the extension popup's per-site switch.
