Restore a deleted article

Restore deleted articles from Recently deleted within 30 days. After that, Ferndesk removes them permanently.

Restore an article

1. In the Help Center content sidebar, open Recently deleted.

   

2. Find the article. Rows show the title, a Published or Draft badge, and who deleted it when available.

3. Click Restore.

Published articles restore as published. Other articles restore as drafts.

What ends up here

• Deleted articles appear in Recently deleted.

• Deleting a folder also deletes nested content. Only articles appear in Recently deleted. Folders are not restored.

• The empty state is Nothing recently deleted.
