Ferndesk pricing and plans
Ferndesk sells one self-serve plan, Pro, and offers Enterprise by contacting sales. If you subscribed before this lineup, you keep your existing plan and are grandfathered in; see Legacy pricing at the bottom of this article.

Enterprise
Enterprise is available by contacting sales, from $399 per month. It includes everything in Pro plus 2,500 AI conversations per month, SAML SSO and SCIM, custom integrations, and priority support with white-glove onboarding.
Free trial
All plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
Request a trial extension if you need more time to evaluate.
When your trial expires, editing is paused and your content is preserved until you choose a plan. See What happens when your trial ends for details.
Workspaces
A billing account can cover one or more workspaces, and billing is the only layer shared across them. All workspaces under the same billing account share the same plan. Usage allowances for AI conversations, PR reviews, and seats are pooled across workspaces. Translation-language balances are scoped to individual workspaces.
See How billing accounts work for more details.
White-labeling
Removing the Powered by Ferndesk badge from the help center footer and widget is included in Pro and Enterprise.
See How to customize your help center and Configure widget settings for toggle locations.
Legacy pricing
If you're on the earlier Startup, Scale, or Enterprise tier, you're grandfathered in. Your subscription still resolves to your own tier, not to Pro, and it's not offered to new customers anymore.
For existing Startup subscribers, your pricing does not change for as long as you keep your subscription. No action is needed on your end: your invoice stays the same, and your limits went up, including unlimited publishing, unlimited PR reviews, 5 editor seats, and unlimited viewers.
Changing plans is your choice. If you switch away from a legacy tier, that's a normal plan change to Pro or Enterprise.
