Publish credits

AI publish credits are used when Fern creates or updates articles. Manual edits don't consume credits.

• Startup: 10 credits per month, resets each billing cycle

• Scale and Enterprise: Unlimited

• Extra credits: $0.50 each, never expire

Workspaces

Each plan includes one workspace. You can add additional workspaces to your billing account for $39/month each. Workspaces let you manage separate help centers for different products or brands under a single billing account.

All workspaces under the same billing account share the same plan. Usage credits are also pooled across workspaces. See How billing accounts work for more details.
