Change your Ferndesk password

Update your Ferndesk password from the Security settings in your account.

Before you begin: You need access to the Ferndesk dashboard and your current password.

Open Security settings

From the left sidebar, select Settings, then click Security under the Account section.

Enter your current password

In the Current password field, enter your existing password.

Create a new password

Enter a New password with at least 6 characters.

Confirm and save

Re-enter the new password in the Confirm new password field, then click Change password.

If you see "Passwords do not match," re-enter the new password and confirmation so they match exactly.

Confirm the update

After a successful update, you will see a confirmation message.
