Team member limits by plan
Each Ferndesk plan includes a set number of collaborators. Hit your limit? Upgrade or buy extra seats before inviting more people.

Who counts as a team member
Everyone you invite to your workspace counts toward the limit, regardless of their role. Owners, admins, and editors all count.
When you hit the limit
Startup: Upgrade to Scale or Enterprise to add more people
Scale: Buy extra seats at $15 per editor per month
Free up a seat
Remove a team member to open a spot for someone new. Go to Settings → Team, click the menu next to their name, and select Remove.
