Discord integration

Starting from today, you can connect your Discord community to Ferndesk!

With our new Discord integration, you can:

• Connect your support forums to Ferndesk and analyze up to 3,000 of your latest closed threads.

• Spot the questions and themes that come up the most frequently in your community.

• Draft or update articles in your Ferndesk help center using your responses to questions via Agent tasks.

Note: This only works with forum channels in Discord.

To get started, connect your Discord account to Ferndesk and enable support trend analysis.
