We've made some improvements to Support Trends and the Fern agent.

  • You can browse Support trends by coverage status

  • The trend viewer has been drastically simplified so it's easier to navigate

  • You can view the progress of tasks without having to open a new tab

Agent

  • You can now see the agent's progress and thinking process in real-time

  • The agent can now cross-link between drafts

  • The agent can now watch YouTube videos without audio

  • I've tidied up the agent panel to much easier to navigate
