How to upgrade or change your plan

Upgrade or downgrade your Ferndesk subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal.

Change your plan

  1. Go to SettingsBilling in your Ferndesk dashboard.

  2. Select Manage billing.

  3. In the Stripe Customer Portal, select Update plan.

  4. Choose your new plan and confirm the change.

Your plan updates immediately. Upgrades are prorated for the remainder of your billing period.
