Manage account settings

Use your account settings to update your profile, change your password, manage notifications, and view billing details for your Ferndesk account.

Before you begin: You need access to your Ferndesk account and permission to view billing if you plan to change plans.

Open account settings

  1. In the Ferndesk app, open Settings from the left sidebar.

  2. Select the section you want to edit from the settings navigation.

Update your profile

Use the Profile section to update your name and profile photo.

  1. Go to SettingsProfile.

  2. Edit Your name or update your profile image.

  3. Select Update profile to save.

Change your password

Use the Security section to update your password.

  1. Go to SettingsSecurity.

  2. Enter your current password and your new password.

  3. Select Change password.

Manage notifications

Use Notifications to control email and browser alerts for your account.

  1. Go to SettingsNotifications.

  2. Toggle Email notifications or Browser notifications as needed.

  3. Remove old devices from Subscribed devices if you no longer use them.

View billing and plan details

Billing shows your current plan and usage. If your plan allows changes, you can manage billing from here.

  1. Go to SettingsBilling.

  2. Review your Current plan and usage details.

  3. Select Manage billing to open the billing portal.
