Create a task

Creates a task and queues it for Fern. Processing is asynchronous, so poll the task to see what it produced. Fern only proposes changes: a task never publishes, unpublishes, restores, or deletes live content itself, and its proposed changes go live only when a signed-in workspace member reviews and publishes them in the dashboard (the API key cannot do this).
