Get a changelog entry

Returns one entry. Unpublished entries, and the draft of any entry, are visible only to keys that also hold content:write.

Changelog identifier (changelogs are collections, so this is a collection id).

entryId string required

Entry identifier (entries are articles, so this is an article id).
