Export articles incrementally

A sync feed of every article, ordered oldest updated_at first so a consumer can resume where it stopped.

Cursor-paginated page of articles in every status — draft, published, unpublished, and trashed — each carrying its current status, so a downstream mirror sees deletions and unpublishes as status changes rather than rows vanishing

Inclusive lower bound on updated_at; required on the first request, then replaced by start_cursor.
